Helping children with autism is our passion, and we strive to be the best in our profession. That starts with providing a fun, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment for our team.
We offer competitive pay and benefits—on top of flexible work schedules and a productive work-life balance, with opportunities to work in practically every part of Massachusetts as well as southern New Hampshire and south and central Vermont.
At BCI, part of the LEARN provider network, every member of our team works together to support each other—and to offer evidence-based care for our families and children with autism spectrum disorder. Our clinical roles range from behavior technicians to board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and management and leadership positions. Each job comes with opportunities to hone and expand skills and interest areas with professional development; to get involved in and learn from research; and to take your career to the next level.
Our large and supportive staff considers BCI’s clinical team at the core of everything we do—and has created a structure to empower and nourish you as you work in the field. For instance, our team of BCBAs work with manageable caseloads, giving them the space they need to more easily manage their tasks, clients, and paperwork—and most importantly, provide the best services possible to children with autism spectrum disorder. Likewise, we routinely conduct caseload reviews to ensure that our behavior technicians have an appropriate balance, while assigning cases that provide a variety of home, learning center, and community-based care.
